General Manager
The fearless leader of our store is the first guy in in the morning and the last guy out in the evening. Impossible to describe the dedication of our GM. We wouldn’t be where we are today without this guy.
Markus General Manager/Service Manager
Email: markus@bmwmotorcycle.com
Markus started working with us at our San Francisco location back in December of 2011. Originally Markus learned the motorcycle business in the parts department before earning the opportunity to sell motorcycles in SF. After earning a stellar reputation for customer service in SF’s sales department, Markus jumped at the opportunity to take the reigns of our East Bay store. Markus worked with us in Walnut Creek before we made the big move to Concord. Now Markus is effectively wearing two hats as both our General Manager and Service Manager. He’s got all the departments covered and keeps things running smooth throughout the dealership.
Sales Department
All the fun starts on the salesfloor and we’ve worked hard to create a low-pressure environment with an emphasis on motorcycle enthusiasm and enjoyment as opposed to arm-twisting sales tactics. We hope you’ll visit us soon to meet our salesteam and learn more about the BMW Motorcycles of Concord way of doing business.
Sam Sales Manager
Email: sam@bmwmotorcycle.com
Sam has been in the motorcycle industry for a long time working for Diablo Bmw/Kawasaki and continuing with us when ownership changed in August of 2018. Sam is simply put the nicest guy we know and we’re certain our customers agree. If you’re tired of dealing with high-pressure sales people you’re gonna love Sam. His highest priority is making sure that your next motorcycle purchase is an enjoyable experience. Afterall motorcycling is supposed to be FUN!
Nathan Sales Associate
Email: nathan@bmwmotorcycle.com
After working in the motorcycle industry down in Arizona, Nathan returned home to California and started his career with us as our Parts Manager in Walnut Creek. When we made the move to Concord and had an opening in the Sales Department, Nathan made the shift into sales flawlessly. A long-time rider of Harley-Davidsons, Nathan knows every facet of the motorcycle industry and is here to help you find the best bike for you. If you get a chance, ask him about his experience flat tracking a BMW G 310 ;-)
Parts Department
Our parts department is here to help you maxmize your enjoyment of the sport of motorcycling. The parts folks always aim to have a wide selection of accessories, parts and apparel for you to browse in our showroom but if there’s something you’ve been looking for and haven’t found it yet, contact our parts department so we can try to help out.
Ben Parts Manager
Email: ben@bmwmotorcycle.com
Ben came to us via an automotive body shop but he’s a two-wheeled guy at heart. With an F 650 GS and a customer K-bike in the works Ben has an intimate knowledge of BMW Motorcycles and is here to help you find the parts, accessories and gear you need to maximize your moto lifestyle. Ben is constantly keeping his ear to the ground and his eyes peeled for new and exciting stuff for bikes. Chances are, if you’re looking for something cool for your ride, Ben can help you get it.
Service Department
The (sometimes) greasy guys in the back of the shop that keep the BMW Motorcycles of the Bay Area rolling year-round. We’re very proud of our crew and invite you to learn more about us here.
Becki Service Advisor
Email: becki@bmwmotorcycle.com
Becki started her career in the motorcycle industry back in Georgia but made the move to join the Concord team in early 2018. With her unflappably upbeat attitude and passion for motorcycles, Becki immediately gelled with our team and customers alike. After riding a CBR 600 Becki recently bumped up to a BMW S 1000 RR and has been loving it ever since. If your bike’s in need of some work, Becki is the one call.
Dave Master Certified Technician
Email: dfisher@bmwmotorcycle.com
Dave’s been the East Bay’s go to modern bike tech since back in the Diablo days. He’s a true gearhead and loves cars, trucks, bikes and just about anything with a motor. Dave achieved Master Certification from BMW Motorrad USA a few years ago and has been our lead technician for the ‘new stuff’ ever since.
Kevin Heritage Technician
Email: kevin@bmwmotorcycle.com
Our guy Kevin is pretty much a legend in these parts. Knowing how to make the ‘old stuff’ run right is Kevin’s primary focus but he also knows his way around the latest and greatest from BMW. Kevin also acquired massive amounts of experience working on Kawasaki’s back in the Diablo days and is still entrusted with maintaining many of the Police Kawasaki’s in the area. And that’s in spite of the fact that we’re no longer an authorized Kawi dealer. If you need work done on an older BMW, from basic services to full overhauls, Kevin can make it happen. As we like to say around here, ‘the beard gets it done’!
